The Greater Vancouver housing market started with 32% fewer homes for sale compared with last year and almost half of the homes listed are selling for over asking price!
Sales Volume: Decreased 4% from January 2021, down 15% from December 2021. We're up 25% above the 10-year January sales average.
New Listings: down 7% from January 2021, up 114% from December 2021.
Benchmark price across all home types: $1,255,200. Up 23% from January 2021.
